Eligibility Criteria

To apply, you need to:

• Be a citizen of an ADB borrowing member country, like India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, or the Philippines.
• Have a bachelor's degree with strong grades.
• Have at least two years of full-time work experience since you graduated.
• Be 35 years old or younger (some senior positions allow up to 45).
• Be in good health.
• Promise to return to your home country after finishing your studies.
